CERTIFICATION:

At the end of the course, participants will:

1. Receive a SCILS Management Centre issued certificate of Proficiency in Information Security Management System (ISO 27001 Aligned).
2. Be eligible to sit for and pass at first attempt the Information Security Management System Lead Auditor Certification exam
3. Participation certificate of 31 Continuing Professional Development(CPD) credit will be issued by Professional Evaluation and Certification Board(PECB)

The “PECB certified ISO 27001 Lead Risk Auditor” exam fully meets the requirements of the PECB Examination and Certification Programme (ECP). The exam covers the following competency domains:
Domain 1: Fundamental principles and concepts of an Information Security
Management System (ISMS)
Domain 2: Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Domain 3: Fundamental audit concepts and principles
Domain 4: Preparation of an ISO/IEC 27001 audit
Domain 5: Conducting an ISO/IEC 27001 audit
Domain 6: Closing an ISO/IEC 27001 audit
Domain 7: Managing an ISO/IEC 27001 audit program

PREREQUISITE:

To be eligible for the Information Security Management System (Lead Auditor) Certification Exam;

1. Two years of work experience in Information Security Management System
2. Should have supervised nothing less than 300 hours of project activities
3. Signing the PECB code of ethics
