Products

We reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If prices change after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order. The payments are secured and processed using Paystack payment gateway. You can also choose to make payment using other options on the checkout page. SCILS will not be held responsible for any missing payments or any other issues in payment. However, SCILS will endeavor to help its customers in good faith to coordinate with third parties to resolve any such payment issues whereas SCILS doesn’t guarantee of any recovery of missing payments. All services have been included in good faith on the basis that the goods as described will be available. Some lines may be unavailable from time to time due to supplier delays, or other unintentional causes. In such cases, we will always endeavor to get replacement courses as soon as possible. SCILS reserves the right to correct errors, omissions, and misprints.

Refund Policy

Once the sale is completed and payment is made, the sale considered final. Any refund request must be notified to us in writing. It is at the discretion of SCILS to consider and refund monies. In such cases, we may deduct administrative charges that we may have incurred. Such administrative charges will be determined by SCILS for the particular transaction in question. SCILS is not obligated to provide any clarification, basis, or calculations of such administrative charges.

In the event SCILS cancels a purchase made by you for any reason, SCILS will refund course fee paid by you. SCILS will not be held responsible for any additional costs, any loss or any damages you may have incurred by such cancellation of the order.
