OVERVIEW:
The aim of the PRINCE2 Practitioner Course is to provide participants with a sufficient understanding of how to apply and tailor PRINCE2 in a project situation. A successful participant should, with suitable direction and support, be able to start applying the method to their projects straight away.
Participants will be able to apply and understand how to tailor PRINCE2 effectively to a project within an organization environment supporting PRINCE2.

CERTIFICATION:
At the end of the course, participants will:
- Receive a SCILS Management Centre issued certificate of Proficiency in Project Management (PRINCE 2 Aligned)
- Be eligible to take, sit for and pass the PRINCE 2 Practitioner Certification Exam
•This is a computer-based exam taken at our learning centre
•The Practitioner Exam consists of 68 multiple choice questions and must be completed within 150 minutes

- Schedule the 2.5 hours proctored exam

- Take the 2.5 hours proctored exam online

- Your name will be added to the PRINCE2 Certification Registry
